Challenge

The brand was getting very poor RoAS & high RTO (upto 30%) . The brand wanted to increase RoAS and decrease RTO to 10% & to achieve good net revenue.




Strategy & Execution

1. We helped the brand create a more optimized catalog, and optimized website as well as product images to provide a better experience to the user.

2. We created more UGC type content to help the trust factor on the brand as well as put good content from the brand with USPs and look and feel of the brand.

3. Analyzed the data and made combo packs of products that people are more likely to purchase together to increase AOV & reduce CAC (Customer acquisition Cost)




Outcomes

1. Increased Website Revenue from 3 to 20L monthly in the span of 3 months.

2. Improved the RoAS of the brand by 150%

3. Helped reduce the RTO and canceled orders to under 6%

1. Catalog is the biggest weapon in our arsenal when we talk about apparel brands and it should be optimized according to the target customer.

2. UGC content helps the brand build trust among new users and also increases brand awareness.

3. Product market fit is very important in the ecommerce space and high priced products don't sell just on catalog but good content and overall marketing is needed to help with performance marketing.
